Okay. She. Likes. Shoes.
She tries them on before trying anything else on.
That’s how she pieces her whole outfit together.
She takes three pairs out--
a ballerina flat with an animal print fabric
a sleek knee-high smokin’ black leather classic boot
a wine-colored mid-heel pump
She steps into the boots
She puts her weight on her left leg
throws her right leg out
straight, posing,
jutting her right hip out
Stiletto heel at a sharp angle to the floor
a hot wave from my soul pours out to her
She tries them on before trying anything else on.
